Terms & texting
Using the site
This site belongs to San Wei 三味工坊, a noodle and dumpling restaurant opening at 1715 S 46th St, Rogers, Arkansas. Before opening day everything on it is informational: the opening date, menu, prices and hours described here may change. You must be 18 or older to use the forms on this site.
Prizes ("Lift the lid")
- What it is. A free promotion on this site. Lifting the lid gives you a sealed, numbered prize ticket. Every ticket holds an opening-week prize from San Wei (a menu item, a drink or a discount); the prizes and their odds will be announced on this site before opening day.
- Holding a ticket. A ticket is yours once you enter a mobile number and email and receive the ticket number. One ticket per person and per mobile number; a second lift returns the same ticket.
- Reveal and redemption. On opening day we text and email you what your ticket holds and a code. Show the code at the counter at San Wei, 1715 S 46th St, Rogers, during opening week (the first seven days we are open; the exact dates will be announced on this site and by text). One code per visit, while supplies last. Food and drink prizes are given with any purchase.
- Limits. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged. We may change, pause or end the promotion before opening; if we do, we will say so on the site and in the messages we send. Employees and their households are not eligible.
- Eligibility. Open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. No purchase is necessary to lift the lid or hold a ticket.
Texting program (SMS terms)
- Program. San Wei sends recurring automated marketing and informational texts: the opening date, new dishes, hours, your prize reveal and code, and offers.
- How you join. By entering your mobile number on a form on this site that describes the texts and submitting it.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies. We expect roughly two to six texts a month around opening.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop. You may get one final text confirming you've been removed. You can also opt out by calling (479) 512-4108; we honor any reasonable request within 10 business days.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call (479) 512-4108.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How we handle your number is described in our privacy policy. Your texting opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
By holding a ticket you agree to receive emails from San Wei. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
